These Terms comprise a legal agreement between Find My Nanny and you, the person accessing and using the website (“you” or “User”) with respect to your use of the Services (defined below). We own, operate and maintain the Find My Nanny website at findmynanny.ae (“Website”) and Services. By accessing and/or using Find My Nanny, you are deemed to have read and be bound by these Terms which shall govern your access and use of Find My Nanny, including any content, functionality, and Services offered on or through Find My Nanny, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Find My Nanny operates as an online platform that aims to connect individuals and families with a variety of service providers through our Services. For clarity, these service providers are collectively referred to as “Nannies.“ These Services are focused on enabling users to review job-posting information and profiles of members interested in roles such as childcare providers or housekeepers. Families can post job listings seeking childcare providers or housekeepers, and nannies can apply for these positions. Our Services enable families to showcase job-posting information while allowing nannies to express their interest by applying directly through the platform.
Families can expect to receive email notifications whenever they receive applicants for their posted jobs. This process simplifies the connection between families and nannies, streamlining the hiring process. Please refer to our Terms of Service for a comprehensive understanding of our platform‘s functionality and responsibilities.
Our platform offers tools for Nannies, or service providers, to create profiles and for users, known as “Families,“ to discover and connect with suitable Nannies based on their specific needs and preferences.
It‘s essential to understand that while the Services we offer are central to our platform, the Site itself functions as an Internet job posting platform rather than a referral service. We emphasize that Find My Nanny does not impose any fees or compensation based on the decisions Families or Nannies make regarding entering into employment or independent contractor agreements. Importantly, once a match is established through our platform, Find My Nanny does not become a party to the subsequent relationship between the Family and the Nanny. As a result, we do not assume any liability for matters arising from the employment or independent contractor agreement reached between the involved parties.

To be eligible to use the Services, we do not independently verify, and you represent and warrant as follows:
a. that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of creation of your User Account;
b. if you are a Service Provider, you hereby affirm and understand that you will be selected (if at all), screened, interviewed, selected (or not), hired, and terminated (potentially), by the Service Seeker and that We do not have any involvement with any aspects of this relationship between the Service Provider and Service Seeker; and
c. if you are a Service Provider, you have never been the subject of a complaint, restraining order or any other legal action or criminal offence involving violence, abuse, neglect, fraud, or any other offence that involves endangering the safety of others, and that you are not registered or currently required to register as a sex offender with any government agency in any jurisdiction.
To access and use certain features of the Website, you will need to create a profile through the Website (“User Account”). As part of the process to create, register and maintain your User Account you must provide us with certain current, complete, and accurate registration information, including your name, e-mail address, and phone number, and other data or information that we request during the client account registration or renewal process (“Registration Data”).
In these Terms, “Personal Information” means any information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, gender, date of birth, any data about you that you elect to provide electronically through Find My Nanny and any other information that identifies who you are. We will use the Registration Data and Personal Information solely in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy for Find My Nanny.
You agree that you will:
a. maintain and update such Registration Data as necessary in order to keep such information current, complete, and accurate;
b. maintain the confidentiality of any passwords or other account identifiers which you choose or that are assigned to you as a result of any registration or account creation with Find My Nanny; and
c. be responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account.
Further, you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account in the event that the confidentiality of your password or your account is compromised.
You agree not to provide any other individual access to your User Account via your login information.
Failure to comply with this paragraph may result in immediate termination of your account.
We charge fees for the Services. The first fee payment is made when a User signs up for the Services. You agree that any fees associated with the use of the Services are considered final payments and are non-refundable.
You agree that your use of the Website and the Services is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, these Terms or by using Find My Nanny, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information, including your Personal Information, according to the Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the full, unrestricted right and authority and have been fully authorized to provide to us any and all Registration Data (including any Personal Information) for the purposes of these Terms and that we are authorized and permitted to use such data as and to the extent provided in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You agree that the content of information and materials posted on Find My Nanny by you is accurate, current and complete. In addition, you represent and warrant as follows:
a. You will use the Services solely for yourself and are responsible for all activity and use of your account and may not assign or transfer your account to any other person.
b. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or false information to us or to any other User of Find My Nanny.
c. You will not post any content (including, but not limited to, written material, text, photos, or graphical content) on the Website, or transmit to other users, that is defamatory, inaccurate, inappropriate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, defamatory, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity), or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act.
We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable right and license to:
a. access Find My Nanny for the purpose of receiving the Services in accordance with these Terms of Service; and
b. access, view and print any information and documentation made available on Find My Nanny, for your personal, non-commercial and informational use only to assist you in the access and use of Find My Nanny and the Services.
These Terms do not grant you any other right or license, whether express or implied, by estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of Find My Nanny or any third party.
We may terminate this license at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Find My Nanny and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Find My Nanny.
These Terms permit you to use Find My Nanny for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on Find My Nanny.
You must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of Find My Nanny or any services or materials available through Find My Nanny.
If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of Find My Nanny in breach of these Terms, your right to use Find My Nanny will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. Any use of Find My Nanny not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
All brand elements, company name, website names, logos, registered and unregistered trademarks displayed on Find My Nanny or used in connection with the Services are the trademarks of Find My Nanny.
Any use or misuse of any trademarks or brand elements of Find My Nanny or any other content appearing on Find My Nanny or in connection with the Services except as provided in these Terms or with the express written consent of Find My Nanny is strictly prohibited.
Nothing contained on Find My Nanny shall be construed as an express or implied grant of any license or right to use any trade-mark or brand element without our prior written consent.
In addition to abiding by these Terms of Service, you commit to employing the Website and Services solely for lawful purposes and in alignment with all relevant local, national, or international laws and regulations, encompassing privacy and personal information laws. The usage of the Website and Services is restricted in instances where such engagement is forbidden by law.

For Service Providers who have been retained by Service Seekers, any termination of the relationship between those parties will be done by those parties. We have no input in the establishment or termination of the relationship between any Service Provider and Service Seeker.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, FIND MY NANNY, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, PARENTS, AGENTS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY THE “FIND MY NANNY PARTIES”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PARTY, FOR ANY LOSSES, COSTS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER THAT ARE SUFFERED OR INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF (OR THE INABILITY TO USE) FIND MY Nanny THE SERVICES, OR ANY FIND MY NANNY CONTENT OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, EQUITY, STRICTLIABILITY, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE AND REGARDLESS OF THE OCCURRENCE OF A FUNDAMENTAL BREACH OR FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE FIND MY NANNY PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER THAT ARE SUFFERED OR INCURRED IN ANY CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF FIND MY NANNY OR THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING IN ANY CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSMISSION OR DOWNLOADING OR STORAGE OF ANY DATA OR SUBMISSIONS TO OR FROM FIND MY NANNY OR THE USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, ANY FIND MY NANNY CONTENT OR OTHER INFORMATION OR DATA CONTAINED ON OR PROVIDED THROUGH FIND MY NANNY, OR SERVICES, OR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO FILESOR DATA OR ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING OR REPRODUCING ANY FILES OR DATA OR LOSS OF USE OR LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES OR ANY BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS WHATSOEVER) HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AND WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE, EVEN IF THE FIND MY NANNY PARTIES OR ANY OF THEM HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OR OUGHT REASONABLY TO HAVE KNOWN OF THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
We are not a party to the relationship between the Service Seeker and the Service Provider, and shall not, in any way, be liable to a Service Seeker or Service Provider or any other third party, arising, either directly or indirectly from such employment or independent contractor agreement between the parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Find My Nanny Parties harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of or conduct respecting the Services and Find My Nanny or your content.
a. Language. It is the express will of the parties that these Terms and all related documents on Find My Nanny are in English.
b. Non-assignment. These Terms are not assignable, transferable, or to be sub-licensed by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
c. Modifications of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may revise and update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of Find My Nanny thereafter. Your continued use of Find My Nanny following the posting of revised Terms and/or revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time and each time you access Find My Nanny so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
d. Links to External Websites. The links on Find My Nanny to other websites or resources, including those operated by parties other than us are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the availability of such websites or resources and does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content of such external websites or resources and has no responsibility for or control over the terms of service or privacy policy (if any) of the operators of the external websites or resources. Your access and viewing of any third party websites or resources is conducted at your own risk.
